  • •Own priorities and scope for an engineering team focused on building the Organizations management plane.
  • •Connect engineering, program management, marketing, revenue, and partners to deliver maximum impact on time.
  • •Work across product verticals to prioritize systemic enterprise improvements.
  • •Engage directly with customers to understand usage and incorporate insights into the roadmap.
  • •Analyze usage data to quantify impact of problems and opportunities in the role’s space.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience as a product manager, technical program manager, or equivalent delivering solutions in cloud environments at scale for technical audiences.
  • •Comfort designing for enterprises, understanding enterprise requirements without compromising the experience for individuals and small businesses.
  • •Ability to translate requirements into an elegant user experience with product designers.
  • •Strong customer focus and direct engagement to understand how customers use the products.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external audiences.
