Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project tasks for internal and external clients across the United States using FTA-based and APTA industry standards.
  • •Develop PHAs/TVAs and associated mitigations/countermeasures and facilitate workshops with multi-disciplinary groups.
  • •Develop CEL/CIL and DCCCs/CSCCs and prepare SSC documentation and reports.
  • •Develop, support, and maintain PTASP (including annual reviews and updates) and conduct SSC peer reviews.
  • •Provide SSC training for internal and external clients and interact with agency clients and project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 8 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check per company policy.
  • •Proven project task lead experience in Public Transportation Safety Certification Training Programs (PTSCTP, TSSP).
  • •Successful experience in State Safety Oversight (SSO) and U.S. domestic Cybersecurity and SS.
  • •Knowledge of safety/security certification processes and documentation, including annual reviews and updates (PTASP).
