Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate pre-construction and construction efforts for phased seismic upgrades of an occupied high-rise steel-frame building.
  • •Manage a multidisciplinary team including consultants, A/E firms, and the CMAR.
  • •Oversee schedule, budget, quality assurance, safety, and code compliance efforts.
  • •Implement county project management procedures and prepare official communications.
  • •Support CEQA/NEPA environmental documentation, constructability reviews, GMP development, and field inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 155,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience as a project/construction manager leading $100M+ high-rise or seismic retrofit projects.
  • •Demonstrated experience in CMAR delivery and leading consultant teams.
  • •Expertise negotiating contracts and managing change orders.
  • •Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements.
