Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle inspections in accordance with Manheim inspection standards and document exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.
  • •Verify vehicle identification details (VINs, mileage, sub-series, options) and ensure accurate system entry.
  • •Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.
  • •Build trust with dealer clients through professional, consistent inspections; educate clients on Manheim Marketplace and mobile inspection services.
  • •Prepare and submit daily activity/production reports and collaborate with other Manheim teams to support client success while following safety and compliance requirements.
