Shape and execute Spain’s user voice and support experience strategy within Canva’s Service Design & Delivery team. •Own Spain’s support strategy by defining what truly local means, grounded in user insights and aligned with global processes.
•Drive execution of the service strategy with local and global teams, influencing planning cycles and leading cross-functional implementation.
•Deliver measurable service improvements by reducing customer effort, increasing satisfaction, and opening support channels for Spanish users.
•Make support feel truly local by auditing help content, chatbot responses, and specialist communications, and systematically improving quality with partner teams.

•A proven track record launching initiatives and building strategies from scratch that deliver measurable impact.
•Strong problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and deliver outcomes with constrained resources.
•Ability to work independently while collaborating across functions and adapting in fast-paced, cross-cultural environments.
