Assistant Manager, Vendor Operations

Lead end-to-end vendor onboarding and incubation for Bangladesh, serving as the country point-of-contact for vendor performance and marketplace operations. Partner with functional and local Commercial teams to improve onboarding, device delivery, and integration outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices. Use analytical insights to drive operational excellence and scalable strategies across varying restaurant volumes, while directly managing and mentoring the operations team to achieve shared goals.
