Team Lead, Sales Full Time

Lead sales on the floor while creating memorable in-store experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model. Partner with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day activities, and support shoppers across POS, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Serve as a brand ambassador for product collaborations and initiatives, and handle key holder duties including opening/closing, cash handling, asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
