•Direct and manage the financial analysis and planning for all development projects, including overseeing financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
•Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to assess the financial viability of proposed initiatives.
•Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to accurately gather data necessary for effective financial planning and analysis.
•Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, supporting strategic decision-making.
•Identify financial risks associated with development projects and propose mitigating solutions.
•Enhance financial processes, tools, and methodologies used for analysis to improve overall efficiency and accuracy.
•Monitor market trends and best practices in financial analysis related to development and real estate.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

•Proven expertise in conducting financial modeling, feasibility assessments, and investment analysis.
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to effectively interpret complex financial data.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
•Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
•Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel capabilities.
