Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze production yield issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to improve performance and manufacturing efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with business units to characterize, qualify, and release new products to production, ensuring a smooth design-to-manufacturing transition.
  • •Support daily production by addressing low-yield disposition and performing process troubleshooting.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, and quality enhancement across the production process.
  • •Use statistical tools and production data to guide engineering decisions and partner with design teams on simulation, verification, and silicon debug.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a Product Engineer, Yield Engineer, or relevant role.
  • •Strong analytical skills, with experience performing yield analysis using manufacturing data.
  • •Proficiency with tools such as JMP and Excel, plus statistical analysis software.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across modules and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
