Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with stakeholders to determine requirements for product components and incorporate feedback into designs or solutions.
•Translate functional requirements into system designs and communicate component interactions to align with business needs and timelines.
•Design and develop product components, refine code plans, lead design reviews, and ensure adherence to requirements.
•Lead code reviews, drive code quality through metrics and best practices, and apply debugging tools to resolve issues and identify automation opportunities.
•Create complex test plans, monitor and analyze patterns for defects, respond to incidents during on-call rotations, and build developer tools to support programs and applications.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 6+ years with an advanced degree, or 4+ years with a PhD (or 8+ years without a degree).
•Experience in software engineering and developing or implementing web-based or mobile applications.
•Experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
•Experience creating and maintaining test plans and executing testing procedures.
•Experience debugging and troubleshooting software issues, including collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to code reviews.
