Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide holistic oversight and visibility across the EMEA change portfolio to support informed decision-making, prioritisation, optimisation, and risk management.
  • •Oversee change demand management, prioritisation proposals, monitoring, executive reporting at portfolio level, and manage the PPM system.
  • •Manage TCMG budget and headcount, including forecasting and tracking, and lead annual planning activities for project demand, budget, and headcount.
  • •Lead the annual planning cycle aligning portfolio investments with business objectives and own multi-year financial (spend and benefits) planning.
  • •Deliver governance and executive reporting for portfolio performance and change progress, and develop planning tools/processes to improve efficiency and transparency.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in Transformation/Change, Planning, Governance and/or COO functions, preferably in financial services.
  • •Advanced analytical and organisational skills to turn complex data into actionable insights and manage competing priorities.
  • •Strong experience working with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis.
  • •Ability to set and communicate operating cadence/timelines, multitask efficiently, and remain calm under pressure.
  • •Clear verbal and written communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and build consensus in an international context.
