Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a full range of People Solutions services for assigned client groups through partnership with leaders and HR Centers of Excellence.
  • •Influence leaders on organizational design and partner with leaders and recruiters to attract, develop, and retain employees aligned to workforce planning.
  • •Lead talent management processes including talent planning, performance calibration, compensation processes, and workforce planning.
  • •Analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends, inform retention strategies, and improve employee experience.
  • •Provide day-to-day HR guidance on People Solutions policies and support compliance and resolution of employment practices and employee concerns.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ progressive human resources experience (or an equivalent combination of degree and experience).
