Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
•Display initiative, plan and prioritize, planning strategically to champion change and drive store performance.
•Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay; support quarterly goal setting for personal development.
•Provide coaching and feedback to team; use company tools to foster a 360-degree coaching culture and respond to feedback.
•Maintain strong communication and relationships within the team and with customers to ensure a consistent, superior client experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.25 - 20.75 hourly
