Key Responsibilities

  • •Test and validate new and existing packaging materials/product formats on production lines to ensure performance, quality, and reliability.
  • •Create technical specifications and documentation for Engineering Orders (EOs), validations, and key project milestones.
  • •Optimize production lines through continuous improvement to enhance quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • •Develop and test pack-out configurations to improve First Moment of Truth (FMOT), quality, and cost via automation-friendly designs and improved materials/shipping efficiency.
  • •Investigate and resolve material issues with suppliers, qualify new suppliers/materials, and drive cross-functional alignment across MPD activities and related teams.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Packaging, or Material Science preferred).
  • •5+ years in packaging development and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Deep expertise in packaging materials/processes including blow molding, corrugated board, injection moldings, films, folding carton, labels, and related categories.
  • •Strong understanding of Method of Packaging Development (MOPD) principles and experience with secondary packing (end of line operations).
  • •Proven ability to lead and manage complex initiatives, develop a technical readiness roadmap, and manage structured packaging specifications/component linkages (Enovia a plus).
