Provide administration and operations support for field and inside sales teams running the deal desk, serving as the first point of contact and managing daily deal registrations and special pricing requests. Document desk deal requests, facilitate approvals, and maintain metrics, tracking, and records while ensuring compliance with deal desk policies. Build custom Salesforce reports to meet rep/manager needs and improve processes to meet service-level agreements.

•Manage daily Deal Desk operations, including deal registrations and special pricing requests.
•Assist with documentation of Desk Deal requests and facilitate/communicate required approvals.
•Provide metrics, tracking, and record management for deal desk requests while ensuring policy compliance.
•Build custom Salesforce reports based on rep/manager needs and help identify process improvement or training opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Excel skills and strong computer proficiency.
•Experience with analytic tools and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems (a plus).
•Ability to take initiative to resolve problems within scope and authority.
•Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to constant change.
