Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide general management, oversight, QA/QC, contract administration, and management support personnel support for TMC operations.
  • •Be available during off-duty hours to assist operations staff as needed.
  • •Lead performance measurement, management, and reporting, including daily client reporting and weekly/monthly reporting.
  • •Implement and oversee client policies and directives, and attend client meetings to relay information.
  • •Lead data analytics activities, including economic evaluation and system evaluation, and address special client requests for data and reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • •12+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in TMC operations with a minimum of 5 years of management experience in TMC, traffic operations, emergency operations, tolling, or transportation systems management and operations (TSMO).
  • •At least 4 years of project management experience, managing projects and tasks from inception to completion.
  • •Experience supervising employees.
