Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ongoing reporting obligations to licensing bodies, investors, warehouse lenders, and service providers, and manage the renewal calendar for Kin Financing lending licenses.
  • •Run the application process for new state licenses, warehouse lenders, investors, and service providers from first filing through approval.
  • •Maintain Kin Financing policies and procedures so they reflect how the business operates.
  • •Coordinate audits end to end and manage post-audit remediation through closure.
  • •Review and help drive approval of Kin Financing vendor contracts in partnership with Legal, Finance, and Information Security teams.
