Vice President of Sales, Image Guided Therapy Devices – Cardiac Solutions (ICE)

Lead sales strategy and execution for Image Guided Therapy devices in a designated zone, driving revenue targets, profitability, and compliant resource use. Own business sales strategy across the full product portfolio (including services), monitor sales metrics, manage pipeline growth and forecast accuracy, and coach a regional team. Build and sustain key account and KOL relationships, drive complex deal execution, and ensure customer issues and end-to-end delivery are handled through the proper escalation process.
