Job Summary

Lead an Account Management team that systemically onboard industry customers sourced from business development and direct sales. Own retention, renewals, and cross-sell strategy for key customer segments to maximize full-lifecycle value. Drive team execution by setting plans and milestones, guiding steady customer transactions, uncovering needs, and expanding service categories. Partner with internal product teams to improve industry solutions for cross-border payments, FX risk, and treasury challenges.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the customer management team to scale industry customer operations from resources brought in by business development and direct sales.
•Develop maintenance, renewal, and cross-sales strategies for specific customer segments aligned to company strategy and business goals.
•Plan and manage team execution with clear milestones, continuously track performance, and achieve expected business results.
•Guide the team to ensure stable customer transactions, deeply uncover customer needs, expand service categories, and support long-term customer value growth.
•Analyze industry trends and customer challenges (cross-border payments, FX and exchange risk) and collaborate with product and relevant teams to enhance industry solutions and customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•10+ years of experience in related fields, with proven experience managing a sales or customer operations team.
•Prior background in banking, cross-border payments, FX, or cross-border e-commerce is preferred.
•Strong self-drive and results orientation, with ownership for final performance.
•Excellent leadership, strategy planning, and customer communication skills, including data-driven insight and relationship-building.
