Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and motivate the team of Brand Advocates to deliver consistent, best-in-class customer experiences.
  • •Drive profitability by partnering with the Store Manager across customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection; assume full responsibility in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • •Monitor sales goals and KPIs, and support the store team in achieving and exceeding targets.
  • •Supervise daily store operations (opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation) and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory through shipping/receiving/stockroom practices, and support expense control and shrink reduction.
