Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver structural engineering solutions for building projects across all phases, from concept development through construction and operation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Nova Scotia, or eligibility to obtain registration.
  • •4 to 9 years of experience in structural design within industrial, commercial, institutional, or military environments.
  • •Experience designing and analyzing steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and related structural systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes, CSA standards, and structural analysis/design software such as STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or S-Frame.
