•Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis using quantity surveying tools, converting drawings and specifications into cost data.
•Administer contracts by managing variations, claims, and procurement oversight while maintaining stakeholder transparency.
•Analyze project performance versus budget and deliver financial reporting to management and clients, including cost-optimization insights.
•Conduct risk assessments, support value engineering, and prepare cost reports, valuations, financial statements, variation orders, and documentation; review tender documents, specifications, and drawings for scope alignment.
