Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email in a courteous, professional manner.
  • •Provide accurate information on bank services, products, policies, and procedures; greet clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • •Open new business and consumer accounts and explain/cross-sell bank products and services to new and prospective clients.
  • •Process transactions in person and via telephone/email, including loan payments, account transfers, and address changes.
  • •Perform teller duties including cash transactions, daily cash balancing, referral identification, compliance with BSA/AML policies, and escalating risks/concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • •1+ years of experience in client service and/or a cross-trained teller position.
  • •Previous cash handling experience preferred.

  • •Proficient computer skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details.
