Client Service Representative-Floater (Tysons Branch)

Deliver a best-in-class client experience by representing the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by phone, or by email. Provide accurate information on products and policies, open business and consumer accounts, and cross-sell services by partnering with other lines of business. Handle teller transactions including cash handling, balancing, risk escalation, and compliance with BSA/AML requirements, while learning and adapting to digital channels.
