Job Summary

Own payment operations improvements for USD and CAD markets by auditing payment routes, removing manual friction, and building automation and workflow changes. Bridge Product, Engineering, and Ops to translate technical constraints into operational outcomes. Lead projects end-to-end from scoping and analysis to rollout, define SLAs/KPIs, and use SQL with LightDash/Looker to measure impact. Serve as North America subject matter expert for incidents and regulatory shifts while mentoring senior specialists.

•Audit USD/CAD payment routes to identify manual friction and build automation/workflow improvements to eliminate it.
•Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and Ops by translating constraints into operational reality.
•Lead high-impact projects from scoping and data analysis through final rollout.
•Define and track KPIs/SLAs for new product features using SQL and BI tools, proving impact via metrics.
•Serve as North America subject matter expert for payment incidents and regulatory shifts, guiding mitigation and resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 83,200 - 105,560 annually

Key Requirements

•Delivered mid-sized projects with engineers or other product/operational teams and demonstrated clear impact.
•Experienced with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma) and completed relevant training.
•Track record of achieving targets by setting and monitoring success metrics.
•Ability to clearly articulate, simplify, scope problems, identify process gaps, and follow through to completion.
•Technical understanding of product and payment operations processes, applying them to develop and/or recommend solutions.
