Job Summary

Provide SME leadership for Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform within Enterprise Application Services, ensuring solutions are safe, secure, compliant, and reliable. Own governance standards, guardrails, and operational procedures for agent development and lifecycle management. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to review solutions against banking regulations. Monitor AI governance and Microsoft roadmap changes, implement Responsible AI controls, and mentor engineers while delivering technical guidance to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide SME expertise for Copilot Studio and Power Platform to ensure safe, secure, compliant, and reliable enterprise solutions.
•Establish and maintain governance standards, development frameworks, and operational procedures aligned to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, risk management, and SDLC requirements.
•Define and enforce guardrails for agent development (environment strategy, connectors, plugins, prompt standards, knowledge source management, and deployment processes).
•Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Information Security, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to review and approve Copilot Studio solutions and artifacts for regulatory adherence.
•Develop and implement Responsible AI controls, manage agent lifecycle governance, and mentor engineers to accelerate adoption while maintaining governance and compliance.

•Advanced expertise in Generative AI (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio) and Agentic AI development practices.
•Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio (or similar low-code automation platforms) and banking/regulatory compliance knowledge.
