•Participate in customer sales meetings to explain Runpod technologies, provide architectural recommendations, and build proof-of-concept solutions for onboarding.
•Troubleshoot and resolve critical escalated technical issues across configuration, performance, functionality, compatibility, and code errors.
•Use code analysis, scripting, log analysis, and remote access to identify root causes and deliver solutions or workarounds.
•Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and incorporate valuable feedback.
•Assist support and engineering with escalated tickets, including providing workarounds or bug fixes and collaborating on GPU server-related issues.

•Familiarity with applied AI use cases such as inference, fine-tuning, LLM-based applications, or agentic systems.
•Located in the US on PST timezone; successful completion of a background check.
