Staff Backend Engineer - Consumer Onboarding

Lead backend engineering for the Consumer Onboarding team, improving onboarding flows so customers can set up their Wise account and complete their first international money needs faster and more scalably. Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to shape the roadmap and technical vision, drive end-to-end delivery, and maintain system health. Mentor engineers and collaborate across onboarding squads to align with Wise’s wider technical strategy.
