Maintenance & Engineering Manager

Manage engineering, process engineering, and maintenance operations at the facility, including developing and improving preventive maintenance programs. Lead a team spanning maintenance technicians, process and controls engineers, and parts coordination. Own maintenance and capital budgets, drive continuous improvement, oversee OSHA/EPA compliance, and support projects such as 5S organization, ergonomic workplace layouts, equipment upgrades, and facility engineering.
