Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate vehicle movement through the sales lane to the block and parking following auction to maintain smooth traffic flow.
  • •Assign and oversee drivers, jump start/battery operators, and push truck operators during lane operations.
  • •Conduct inspection of support equipment and run pre-sale meetings/walks to confirm vehicles are in assigned lanes.
  • •Identify and address missing vehicles, overflow areas, and inoperable vehicles; maintain the run list for key and entry issues.
  • •Oversee parking of sold and re-parking of non-sold vehicles; respond to customer/dealer inquiries and report theft, lot damage, or safety concerns.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or 5 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education/certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to drive vehicles with standard and automatic transmission.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge to identify issues such as flat tires, low gas, and jump-starting vehicles.
  • •Ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear, with required close/distance/color vision and depth perception.
  • •Must be able to walk long distances and lift 1–15 pounds.
