Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design of new agent capabilities, from ambiguous product intent to shipped systems.
  • •Build and operate end-to-end services from event triggers through LLM reasoning to persisted, surfaced results.
  • •Extend and shape the shared agent framework (orchestration, tool use, structured generation, observability).
  • •Design and tune RAG and embedding pipelines, and create evals/gates for new agent behaviors and prompt changes.
  • •Own AI feature reliability in production (failure classification, idempotency, DLQ handling, rollout safety) and mentor engineers.

Salary: USD 123,000 - 215,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years building large-scale backend or distributed systems in production.
  • •Shipped LLM-powered features to real users; able to explain what broke and how you debugged it.
  • •Strong TypeScript or Go, and comfort working across both.
  • •Strong distributed-systems instincts: queues, event-driven design, failure modes, and idempotency.
  • •Judgment on what an LLM should decide vs. what deterministic code should decide.
