Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends and opportunities in supply operations using metrics such as delivery time, dispatch time, partner preparation time, acceptance time, and customer ratings.
  • •Generate actionable insights from complex datasets to support strategic decisions and operational improvements for couriers and partners.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational metrics for supply operations performance.
  • •Identify and communicate key insights to stakeholders to influence changes improving partner and supply efficiency and satisfaction.
