Key Responsibilities

•Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through completion, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
•Lead design coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants to ensure deliverable alignment.
•Develop and maintain detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking systems.
•Oversee procurement planning and monitor contractor performance against technical and contractual requirements.
•Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring, reporting, and contingency planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
•Minimum 7–10 years of experience in managing real estate or construction projects
•Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities
•Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, and budget with compliance to quality standards
•Experience with UAE regulations, building codes, and safety standards (desirable)
