Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

•Client Relationship Ownership: Hold a portfolio of client-assistant pairings, understand goals, day-to-day workflow, and overall relationship health.
•Assistant Management and Advocacy: Ensure assistants stay aligned, coach where needed, and represent mutual interests to leadership.
•Operational Execution: Triage daily ticket queue with personal, non-templated responses and log interactions clearly in CRM; bring in cross-functional partners when needed.
•Onboarding & Training: Run onboarding for new clients and assistants and lead introduction calls when replacements occur, setting cadence from day one.
•Retention & Win-back: Lead 30-day success check-ins, identify risks early, and propose solutions to keep clients engaged.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 32,000 - 38,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•5) Must-have: solid client-facing experience in support, account management, or retention—US clients strongly preferred and with demonstrated escalations and ongoing relationship ownership
•2) Ability to juggle multiple active relationships or accounts without losing track
•3) Strong written and spoken English for live client calls and coaching assistants
•4) Consistent availability for the night shift: 10 PM–7 AM PHT
•5) Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and working across several platforms day to day
