Own quarterly and annual planning mechanics, drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives through better coordination and accountability, and build scalable operating mechanisms, documentation, and planning artifacts. Partner with founders and functional leaders to reduce organizational friction and strengthen how the company operates as it grows.
