Sanitation Supervisor

Lead the 3rd-shift plant sanitation program to ensure food safety, quality, and cost-efficient compliance. Coordinate weekly sanitation records, manage sanitation audits and environmental/pathogen controls, and drive sanitation improvement projects including automation and expansion. Provide leadership to sanitation teams and hourly coordinators, partner with business leaders on Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and support FSSC certification and HACCP validations while serving as a liaison between the plant and corporate stakeholders.
