Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect architectural construction works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes/standards.
  • •Monitor and verify the quality of architectural materials and workmanship, including walls, partitions, ceilings, waterproofing, doors, finishes, and building envelope systems.
  • •Identify, document, and report non-conformances, defects, and quality issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
  • •Review shop drawings, method statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation related to architectural works.
  • •Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams, witness key installations/inspections, and maintain accurate inspection records and site reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • •Minimum 6 years of construction experience, preferably in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects.
  • •Experience inspecting architectural and fit-out works for compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • •Good knowledge of design review processes and pre-construction documentation, including Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Plans.
  • •Proficient in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
