Key Responsibilities

  • •Support administration of the annual Talent Planning cycle, including Talent Reviews, calibration sessions, Critical Role reviews, Success Profile updates, and succession planning activities.
  • •Maintain Talent Planning datasets across Workday and supporting systems, conducting data audits and monitoring data integrity for readiness, succession, Critical Role, Key Role, and Success Profile.
  • •Create recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packages such as succession, readiness, bench strength, and talent movement reports; prepare executive talent reporting materials.
  • •Support Workday Talent Review and Succession processes, including testing, validation, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve reporting, process efficiency, and data governance, and assist with Talent Planning COE projects and cross-functional HR initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Organizational Development, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
  • •2-4 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Management, Workforce Analytics, People Analytics, Business Analytics, Project Coordination, or related fields.
  • •Required bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, communicating clearly in both languages verbally and in writing.
