Job Summary

Own strategic and annual plans for a durable product portfolio, leading cross-functional efforts to respond to evolving customer and market needs. Execute PLT/Sub-PLT portfolio management to improve growth and profitability and drive multi-generation product plans, including new introductions, line extensions, re-engineering, cost-out, promotions, and sales enablement tools. Develop market expansion and pricing strategies, and partner with sales and supply chain to implement service programs.

•Develop strategic and annual operating plans and lead a cross-functional team to meet customer and market needs.
•Execute PLT/Sub-PLT portfolio management to optimize growth and profitability using a global approach where logical.
•Lead customer and internal communication strategy, including advertising, promotions, selling tools, e-marketing, and lead generation.
•Drive multi-generation product plans: new product introductions, line extensions, product re-engineering and cost-out, promotions, and sales/training tools.
•Develop and implement market expansion and pricing strategies and collaborate with sales and supply chain on service strategies/programs for the assigned product line.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of related experience with Product Management experience.
•Experience managing product portfolios and multi-generation product plans (introductions, line extensions, re-engineering/cost out).
•Experience in electronics, industrial, or automotive; electronics experience is a plus.
•Strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills.
•Fluent English; about 30% travel required.
