Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform corrective, preventive, and planned maintenance on production-related equipment and powered industrial trucks, including HVAC, air compressors, and water filtration.
  • •Handle building maintenance such as painting, sheetrock repairs, minor door/dock plate repairs, and plumbing/electrical/HVAC system repair and upkeep.
  • •Maintain facility cleanliness and safety by following 5S principles, hazardous energy procedures, and lock-out/tag-out; address hazards/spills immediately.
  • •Maintain accurate record keeping through data entry, work order tracking/filing, and maintaining documents (e.g., Safety Data Sheets) in Maintenance Connection.
  • •Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns/emergencies and production interruptions, performing calibration/testing and working with production teams to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of industry experience in maintenance, facilities, or field with related skills; 5+ years previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility or similar equipment.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot machinery problems without supervision and maintain/operate advanced technical equipment.
  • •Knowledge of PLC systems and CMMS systems.
  • •Formal training or certification in at least one area such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air compression, PLC systems, or HVAC trades; high school diploma or GED required.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project Management, plus experience documenting predictive/preventive maintenance data and charts.
