Job Summary

Maintain collateral files and mortgage loan documents for the Wealth Management & Investment Services business. Receive, inventory, label, and re-file documents in terminal digit order, including inserting loose documents into existing files. Move and ship file folders between locations, resolve inventory discrepancies, and locate requested records to meet SLAs, including acquisition and sale processing.

•Receive, prepare, and ship files/packages between locations; verify quantity and condition of materials.

•Locate requested documents and files to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
•Create labels, attach/match labels to files, and process loan documents coming in or out for acquisition or sale.
