Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead overall architecture design and core capability development for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge enhancement capabilities including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks for isolation/sandboxing, access control, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, stability/reliability, and cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities and improve delivery quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or enterprise-scale delivery roles, including recent 3 years delivering AI production in a commercial environment.
  • •Strong system thinking focused on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • •Proficient in Java and/or Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment.
  • •Must have deep understanding of LLMs and agent architectures, including planning/decomposition, tool/function calling, context/session management, memory design, and execution loops; hands-on LangChain and/or LangGraph experience.
