Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee product logistics including processing, shipping, and receiving
  • •Process incoming orders in WMS and maintain tracking details in Salesforce
  • •Coordinate RMA receipt, repair routing, and customer shipping/tracking communications
  • •Manage packing lists, shipping documents, and backups in Salesforce
  • •Coordinate deliveries and pick-ups with third-party freight vendors and maintain inventory (cycle counts, reorder, remove obsolete parts)
