Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hardware planners to incubate innovation concepts based on consumer needs, market opportunities, and emerging technologies.
  • •Coordinate with internal engineering and external technology providers to evaluate opportunities, align requirements, and support concept development.
  • •Facilitate ideation and translate promising ideas into workflows, experience concepts, and proof-of-concept prototypes.
  • •Define and amplify hero product stories by connecting hardware capabilities with meaningful consumer benefits and differentiated experiences.
  • •Follow product lifecycle milestones and drive experience deliverables through stakeholder alignment, feedback, and iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year or graduate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in design thinking, UX/service/product design, workflow optimization, innovation planning, or a related field.
  • •Experience participating in cross-functional projects involving design, engineering, product planning, or technology partners.
  • •Experience developing concepts, prototypes, user journeys, workflows, or product experience narratives.
  • •Strong understanding of design-thinking and human-centered design principles.
  • •Ability to translate consumer needs and technical capabilities into actionable experience concepts.
