Key Responsibilities

•Shape ERP transformation opportunities, leveraging Accenture and Avanade channels and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders to position Avanade as a strong partner.
•Develop convincing solution concepts and demos that translate business requirements into differentiating transformation outcomes across global rollouts and complex scenarios.
•Translate customer requirements into compelling transformation stories and drive proposal content with business value, leading executive discussions.
•Ensure alignment and collaboration across governance, delivery and commercial workstreams, minimizing risks and enabling a smooth transition from presales to delivery.
•Contribute to the ERP business by creating reusable assets, Go-To-Market approaches, and market-relevant insights to drive demand and sustainable impact.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and a deep understanding of ERP processes, Power Platform, and modern integrations with Azure and third-party systems.
•Track record in presales and solution shaping for complex, stakeholder-intensive sales opportunities; able to connect discovery, value framing, qualification and commercial strategy.
•Strong executive-level communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; able to craft transformation stories that connect ERP, AI, and Copilot innovations to business value.
•Comfort working in matrix organizations and partner ecosystems; ability to align governance, delivery, and commercial workstreams toward a common goal.
•Entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset with strong commercial understanding and enthusiasm for Microsoft technologies; contribute to demand generation and reusable assets.
