Key Responsibilities

  • •Hire, lead, and mentor supervisors, specialists, technicians, and machinists to run blades and vanes foundry operations
  • •Support factory activation, new product introductions, line expansions, and facility upgrades; contribute to foundry design and activation decisions
  • •Ensure strong safety performance and an excellent safety record
  • •Create and enforce training, career development paths, and operational standards with strict accountability
  • •Drive continuous improvement in processes, procedures, quality, and manufacturing rate, collaborating with engineering, test, quality, and leadership

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a STEM discipline, or 5+ years of professional leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • •5+ years of production operations or process development experience
  • •3+ years of experience in a leadership position
  • •Experience in investment casting and IGT blades and vanes (or similar high-temperature superalloy foundry operations)
  • •Experience implementing and sustaining quality management systems such as ISO9001 and AS9100
