Counsel – Settlement Team

Lead and manage complex product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claim resolution and program closure. Develop settlement structures and eligibility criteria, draft and negotiate settlement documents, and resolve claimant disputes. Serve as primary legal and operations lead to ensure compliant, accurate execution. Manage teams reviewing and categorizing incoming claims and oversee data analysis, workflow, quality assurance, and settlement implementation.
