Job Summary

Develop embedded C/C++/Ada software for Gen4 tactical airborne radar, working across the full SW development lifecycle including SW/HW integration. Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, support radar modes and capabilities development, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary internal and external teams. Participate in program and customer reviews, help ensure technical/cost/schedule/quality performance, and support requirements, architecture generation/analysis, and technical decision-making while working onsite at El Segundo, CA.

Key Responsibilities

•Work across the software development lifecycle, including SW/HW integration, with guidance as needed.
•Develop real-time embedded SW for radar modes and capabilities for the Gen4 Tactical Airborne Radar group.
•Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions.
•Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in program and customer meetings/reviews.
•Support requirements and architecture generation/analysis and help ensure performance to technical, cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
•Minimum 1 year of progressive experience in embedded software development.
•Coding experience in C/C++/ADA or related languages/tools for radar-development software.
•Experience working on UNIX, Linux, Windows, VxWorks, or other RTOS.
•Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; U.S. citizenship is mandatory to acquire and maintain security clearances.
