Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out TIG and MMA welding on piping systems and plant equipment.
  • •Perform repairs, modifications, and maintenance of pipework, pressure systems, and boiler tubes.
  • •Ensure all work is completed per site procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
  • •Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and inspection teams during activities.
  • •Support the safe and efficient execution of planned maintenance and outage work.

Key Requirements

  • •NVQ Level 3 in Welding, Fabrication & Welding or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship qualification.
  • •Valid CCNSG Safety Passport.
  • •Proven experience in industrial maintenance environments (e.g., petrochemical, chemical, energy, or process industries).
  • •Strong TIG and MMA welding capability, including experience welding boiler tubes, pressure systems, and high-integrity process pipework.
  • •Comfort working in confined spaces and at height, with a safety-focused, quality-committed approach.
