Build and expand client relationships by providing industry-leading service in person and on the phone. Deliver financial solutions through consultative conversations, prospecting, and by meeting branch and individual sales targets. Support the team sales process, cross-train to perform required teller duties, and handle consumer lending by taking loan applications. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
