Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full operational support to the team, anticipating workload and ensuring appropriate materials are available.
  • •Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information in Group systems.
  • •Liaise with other Corporate/CIB teams to develop the best possible experience and outcomes for customers, employees, and the Bank.
  • •Adhere to HSBC policy, procedures, and control requirements; raise concerns promptly using reporting and escalation procedures.
  • •Take personal responsibility for understanding performance expectations and completing mandatory training to develop capability and competence.
  • •Support achievement of HSBC vision, Values, goals, and culture in personal behavior, actions, and decision making.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from a public/private university.
  • •Experience in banking operations, particularly in wholesale banking, credit, or risk.
  • •Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, investment banking products, and local regulations, with exposure to corporate banking.
  • •Must be able to pass the Banking Professional Exam (JAIBB & AIBB) for appointment in a higher HSBC position (per BRPD circular no. 02 dated 16 Jan 2025).
  • •Demonstrate ability to understand and agree performance expectations and complete mandatory training to build capability for the role.
